Cut-to-length
and Welded Bandsaw Blades are shipped direct from M K Morse Company's
factory in Canton, OH.
Blades are generally shipped in 1-2 days,
UPS Ground, F.O.B. Canton.
We are unable to calculate the shipping at the time of your order, but we do not add handling charges, etc.
As an example, 6 blades 1/2" wide, 8 feet long shipped to the Eastern US will ship for around $6.00.
We will mail you a final receipt after shipment.
BiMetal portable bandsaw blades and 100 foot coils of Carbon bandsaw blades are
shipped from our stock along with any other tools you order.
100 or 250 foot coils of BiMetal bandsaw blades are
shipped direct from M K Morse.
To
Order:
Specify width, number of teeth, blade material and EXACT LENGTH (to nearest 1/8").
Lengths between those listed are priced as the next 1/2 foot length (For example: 6' 7" is priced as 7 feet).
Measure carefully - Cut-To-Length bandsaw blades are final sale and may not
be returned or adjusted.
Carbon flexback blades are general purpose blades - used on wood, plastic, and free machining metals.
Carbon blades are available
in 3 tooth patterns:
Regular Pattern Tooth (raker set) for most applications,
Hook
Tooth (with 10° positive rake for greater feeds) for non-ferrous
metals, wood, and thick materials, or
Skip Tooth for more chip clearance on
soft materials such as aluminum, soft brass and plastics.
BiMetal Matrix II blades have greater heat resistance, and good toughness and shock resistance.
We can also provide carbon "furniture blades" for production woodcutting on large machines, BiMetal M42 cobalt blades for production metal cutting where feed and speed is carefully controlled, Morse "Independence" blades and carbide grit bandsaw. Please CALL for these.
