EXPORT SALES
Most of the tools we sell are available for export.
When placing an online order please indicate your shipping preferences and any other requirements in the "comments" section at the bottom of the Checkout page.
We also respond promptly to E-Mail inquiries.
Orders for cut-to-length Bandsaw Blades will have 2 freight charges - from the factory to New York, and from New York to the customer.
PAYMENT
At our discretion, we accept credit card payment for some export sales under $250.00
ALL export sales over $250.00 must be prepaid by bank wire transfer, and are subject to a $15.00 bank fee.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
Our preferred shipper is UPS, and shipments by UPS are made daily.
Shipments to Canada will be made by UPS standard shipping (ground) unless you specify otherwise.
Customs brokerage charges are not included in UPS rates to Canada - so please factor this in to small orders. We can ship by Parcel Post (US Mail) to Canada, but this can entail a delay of up to 2 weeks. Please note your shipping requests in the "comments" field of the checkout page.
We can ship by FEDEX, DHL, etc. COLLECT to a customer whose account and address are confirmed by the courier.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Our preferred shipper is UPS, and shipments by UPS Air are made daily.
We can ship by FEDEX, DHL, etc. COLLECT to a customer whose account and address are confirmed by the courier.
Shipment by airmail is often considerably less expensive for the customer.
However, we send out airmail shipments approximately every 2 weeks, so this is only an option if you are not in a rush.
In addition, we only ship by airmail to those countries that the US Post Office offers insurance for.
