It's easy to place an
order with us online, by phone, fax, or mail.
Most online orders
received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped the same day.
But if you need absolute assurance that an item will
ship the same
day please call 1-800-723-5359.
Your order is safely transmitted
to us using Secure Socket Layer technology, certified
by Geotrust.
Our phone hours are 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
At other times our answering machine will

If you log
in to the website we will save your shipping information on our
server, and protect
it with a password.
To make shopping convenient we
offer a 'virtual tool crib'.
After logging in to 'My Tool Crib' in the navigation bar of any page, you can 'save a cart',
keep a group of items
that you may want to buy at a later date.
This cart
will be saved until used or deleted.
If you use a group of items on a
regular basis, you can
save it as a 'recurring order'.
You can save multiple
recurring orders - corresponding to the tools needed for a specific
task, or for replenishing your
drill dispenser, for example. |

DISCOVER.
Just complete our secure online order form.
For security reasons,
we do NOT save your credit card information on our server.
You will have to provide your card number each time you order
by credit card.
To prevent fraud we also need the
security code from your
card.
This is either a 4 digit number found on the
front of American
Express cards, or the last 3 digits printed on the
signature strip on the back of most other cards. |

If you wish to establish an open account, please provide names,

of three trade references and your bank.
We will fax you a credit
application if you prefer.
We accept written purchase orders from
most schools and government agencies.

Most orders received
by 3:00 P.M. are shipped the same day by UPS Ground Service.
If you
are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada we may be able to ship less expensively by USPS Priority Mail,
but this may entail a delay of up to 2 weeks. For shipments to these destinations, please put a note in the "Comments and Instructions" section of the checkout page if you want shipping by UPS Air or Post Office - otherwise we will ship by UPS Ground.
Our default shipping method to Puerto Rico is UPS 2nd Day Air, but ground service is available upon request.
We can ship UPS collect, billing freight charges to your account if you request. This is done as a courtesy, and we will not accept chargebacks if we accidentally ship prepay and add.
We do not
ship to Post Office boxes.
Most metalworking fluids must ship by
ground for safety reasons. |

All orders are F.O.B. New York City (or F.O.B. factory, if
drop shipped).
Items under 150 lbs.
will ship via UPS.
UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and
Fedex Air services are available upon request.
For Fedex Air
shipping, we must ship collect to your Fedex account number.
We do not ship by Fedex Ground.
This online
store provides a weight and zip code based shipping cost for orders up
to 150 pounds. You will still be charged freight if the shopping cart displays $0.00 as the shipping charge.
Orders with small amounts of drill rod or threaded
rod (under $25.00 of rod) may require an second, specially
packed box. If a second box is needed this will incur an extra freight charge of $6.00.
For truck shipments over 150 pounds we will call or e-mail
with the freight charges prior to shipping.

If you wish to mail
a check or money order with your order, just follow the
online ordering
procedure (which will calculate freight charges for
you) and print
out the order form rather than e-mailing it.
You must
include your
phone number so we can reach you if there are any questions with
your order.
New York State residents must calculate and add the
appropriate sales tax (on the total of merchandise AND shipping charge). |

| EXPORT
ORDERS |

Except
for ground service to Canada, we ship export orders
by UPS Air, unless other arrangements are mutually
agreed on.
This can be quite expensive, and we
will e-mail you with charges before shipping.
Export orders over
$250.00 must be prepaid by bank wire transfer and are subject to a bank fee of $30.00.
We can ship orders by Priority Mail International to most countries, but this will require a delay of up to 2 weeks in shipping and a handling fee of $5.00. |

RETURNS |

We want you
to be satisfied
with every order you place with Victor Machinery.
Any item that
does not meet your needs or expectations may be
returned (in original
package and unused, unmarked condition, freight prepaid) within
20 days of shipment without restocking charge (except plug gages,
ring gages, fluids, cut-to-length bandsaw blades, and
special orders).
Please notify us prior to all returns and refer to our
invoice number.
Let us know if you prefer replacement, credit, or a
refund.
Cut-to-Length
Bandsaw Blades are final sale, and cannot be
returned. |

| IN
CASE OF DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE |
| |
If you
receive a shipment
with visible exterior damage, you must note it on the
delivery receipt
(if a truck shipment), or report it to the UPS driver
before signing
for it.
Then call us promptly for further assistance.
Do not discard
the packaging of any damaged or short shipment.
If
there is damage
that was not visible from the outside of the box, or if
the packing
slip is incorrect, please call or e-mail us right away.
All shortages and damage
must be reported within 10 days of receipt. |
