SAME DAY SHIPPING

Most orders received by 3:00 P.M. are shipped the same day by UPS ground.
If you are in Alaska or Hawaii we may be able to ship less expensively by post office, but this will entail a delay of up to 2 weeks.
If you want us to ship by post office or UPS air, please write your instructions in the "Comments and Instructions" field of the check-out page.

SHIPPING DETAILS (shipments to USA)

All orders are F.O.B. New York City (or F.O.B. factory, if drop shipped).
Items under 150 lbs. will ship via UPS.

UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and Fedex Air services are available upon request (We will not ship by Fedex Ground).
For Fedex air shipping, we must have your Fedex account number, and the shipment will be billed to your account.

This online store provides a weight-based shipping cost for orders up to 150 pounds.
We can sometimes lower shipping charges for orders between 70 and 150 pounds to the eastern USA by splitting the shipment into multiple packages, and will pass on this savings.
Orders with small amounts of drill rod or threaded rod (under $25.00 of rod) may require an second, specially packed box (depending on the shape of items ordered)- this may incur an extra freight charge of $6.00. If the order fits in a single box there will be no extra charge.
For shipments over 150 pounds we will call or e-mail with the freight charges prior to shipping.

OTHER SHIPPING POLICIES

We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Most metalworking fluids must ship by ground for safety reasons.

SALES TAX

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to New York State
If you are a business user ( with a tax ID number) most tools used in production are tax free if you file a ST-120 or ST-121 form with us.
Please call if you would like us to fax you a blank form.
If you are sending prepayment for an order shipping to New York please remember that the tax must be calculated on the total of merchandise AND shipping charge.
