All of this is provided without any modification to to the spindle taper and no expensive adaptors to install.
Inspired by the dual contact geometry used in the latest generation of high end machining spindles (HSK, Big Plus, and others), TTS tool holders reference both the spindle taper and the spindle face.
The unique shape provides a wider base, giving the tool holder a more rigid connection to the machine spindle.
Manual operations benefit from quick change, reduced clearance, and increased rigidity.
Set TOR-30188 will introduce users to all of those features.
The manual mill operators set will improve productivity in manual milling.
The set has 4 tool holders.
